- Resilience through Growth Mindset
Live Workshop Learn how to build resilience through a growth mindset in this 60 minute workshop led by Bartlett Student Adviser Kristina Labanauskaite.
Kristina Labanauskaite (Student Adviser, Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê SSW) will explore the limitations of a fixed mindset and how growth mindset, on the other hand, can help you face challenging situations and see an opportunity in every setback.
This session seeks to provide staff and students with takeaway practices that lead to a growth mind-set and building a healthy relationship with our mistakes and failures.
