We provide foresight and analysis to inform decision making. We report on the university鈥檚 progress towards the goals of our聽five strategic outcome areas, which include those of our聽Strategic Plan and our in-year priorities. What is the role of strategy and聽strategic plans?

To prepare聽香港六合彩 for the future (rather than focus on short-term, day-to-day activity)
To distinguish 香港六合彩 from others, identifying聽our unique assets and features and how to maximise their potential
To provide a roadmap that coordinates and prioritises聽our activity,聽especially in turbulent times,聽and a common frame of reference so that if we need to change direction, we know what assumptions, ideas or plans we might alter
To hold overview of our activities and our external landscape, so that we align internally and can respond to external change
