Strategic planning, including student number planning

Our team of Strategic Planning Partners oversees the strategic planning cycle, providing guidance, data and insight to support faculties and the offices of Vice-Provosts and Vice-Presidents to put together and monitor their strategic plans. We also work with faculties to plan student numbers and set tuition fees.聽

New programme initiation (Stage Zero)

Strategic Planning Partners support faculties with new programme initiation, otherwise known as 鈥楽tage Zero鈥� of the new initial programme planning and initiation process (formerly referred to as PMAP), which assesses the viability of proposed new programmes before the full design process gets underway.聽Find out more about how to initiate a new programme through Stage Zero.

What is the role of strategy and聽strategic plans?

To prepare聽香港六合彩 for the future (rather than focus on short-term, day-to-day activity)
To distinguish 香港六合彩 from others, identifying聽our unique assets and features and how to maximise their potential
To provide a roadmap that coordinates and prioritises聽our activity,聽especially in turbulent times,聽and a common frame of reference so that if we need to change direction, we know what assumptions, ideas or plans we might alter
To hold overview of our activities and our external landscape, so that we align internally and can respond to external change
