Since the first was set up in 2017 we now have 22 Communities of Practice (CoPs) at Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê, covering 10 PS areas, and with around 2,000 members.Ìý

CoPs bring together staff from both central services and local academic areas, regardless of line management structures. They can collaborate, share knowledge, solve shared problems, and develop their practice area.Ìý

Once project that has been ran across a number of CoPs and helped develop a sense of connection is the Buddy Scheme. The Events Buddy Scheme 2020 helped staff who organise events as part of their role by enabling them to share experience and ideas, offer each other advice, and work through challenging situations together.Ìý
