Do I need to connect to the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê network?

Reading emails and collaborating with colleagues via Microsoft Teams can be carried out without connecting to the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê network i.e. by using your Office 365 connection. Access is also available to the full O365 suite so you can continue to work on documents and if necessary store them on OneDrive.

I need to use MyHR, MyFinance or work on a document that is stored on my personal Home N: drive or Shared S: drive. Do I need to connect to the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê network?

Yes, to use MyHR, MyFinance or use the Filestore @ Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê service, you should connect to Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê via Virtual Private Network (VPN).  Please note, connection to the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê VPN should be made for the period you need access to these services. You should disconnect from the VPN when not required.
