Research, partnerships and projectsÌý

Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê has strong links with institutions and organisations across Latin America, particularly in the areas of earth sciences, disaster reduction, public and global health and development studies.

For example, inÌýMexico, Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê is working withÌýUNAM (Universidad NacionalÌýAutónomaÌýde México) focussing on the global,ÌýsocialÌýand cultural impact of Covid-19. In Chile, Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê and PUC (Pontificia UniversidadÌýCatólicaÌýde Chile, Santiago) are exploring the role resilience plays in the everyday culture of Latin America. The Latin America Regional Network facilitates cross-Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê connections and synergies between academic and professional services staff interested in collaborating with partners in the region.
