The conference is dedicated to: seismic safety challenges of buildings and structures located in a zone of high seismic activity; learning and discussing the best practices and innovation technologies related to seismic resistance of buildings and structures.

The topics of the papers are multifaceted: development of design codes for seismic resistant buildings and structures; experimental and theoretical research on improving the seismic resistance of structures; vibrational testing of low and high rise buildings; seismic design and ductile behavior of the [building] structural system; industrialization of construction and energy efficiency [saving]; design of seismic isolation systems; earthquake insurance of buildings and structures; earthquake lessons for ensuring seismic safety, etc.

The conference will be held in three (3) stages: September 9-10 in the form of a general plenary session with papers; September 11 - participation in vibrational testing of the building and trip to Issyk-Kul; September 12-14 – breakout sessions and conference conclusion.
