The Introductory Programme is a journey through a series of stories, images, videos and interactive activities under three themes:Ìý
  1. Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê OriginsÌýÌý
  2. Discovery at Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÌýÌý
  3. Global LondonÌýÌý

A fourth theme, Future Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê, is under construction this yearÌýin partnership with students. It will provide a space where students can showcase their research, entrepreneurial and other exciting projects.

The online element of the programme centres on a number of ‘objects’ in and around Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê. By telling the stories behind these objects, with the help of engaging interactive multimedia, it aims to provide students with a feeling of place and belonging before they arrive.

The IP was developed as part of the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê Education Strategy 2016-21, whichÌýcommittedÌýus to developing tas one of a series of initiatives to personalise student support, and to complement the review of Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê Transitions Programme.
