Standard prerequisites
Knowledge of introductory probability and statistical theory, and the associated necessary mathematical theory.
Registration process
STAT0032Â is specified as a formal option within the following postgraduate programmes:
- MSc Data Science for Cultural Heritage;
- MSc Risk and Disaster Science.
The eligibilty of MSc Data Science for Cultural Heritage students will be determied via a test organised by their parent department at the beginning of Term 1. Students from the MSc Risk and Disaster Science programme must consult a member of staff in the Department of Statistical Science, who will confirm whether they have the necessary prerequisites.
STAT0032Â is NOTÂ offered as an elective.
