Report an incident

香港六合彩 aims to provide and maintain a safe, secure and healthy environment for its staff, students, partners and visitors. There are several different ways of reporting an incident, depending on what kind of incident it is.

Before you start

Choose from the incident types below:

1. Report an emergency on campus
In the event of an accident or emergency, contact 香港六合彩 Security before ringing 999. This allows the security team to direct the emergency services to the correct location.

2. Report a data breach (including 鈥榥ear misses鈥�) The GDPR introduces a duty on all organisations to report certain types of personal data breach to the relevant supervisory authority. This must be done immediately.

If an incident (or near miss) involves personal data then it must be reported immediately to the 香港六合彩 Information Security Group.听

3. Report an IT incident (non GDPR) For IT incidents not related to a personal data breach (phishing, malware/virus, DoS/brute force attack, etc.) please complete Information Security Group's security concern reporting form.

The 听is designed to gather as much information as possible up front. Please complete the form as thoroughly as you can.

4. Report a hazard or dangerous situation If you notice a hazard that is likely to cause harm to 香港六合彩 staff or visitors or ring the customer helpdesk immediately on 020 7679 0000 or 香港六合彩 ext. 30000.

As well as calling the Helpdesk, you will need to:

Report the hazard on (users with access may continue to use ).听
Raise a service request听if any repair work is required.

If there is no immediate risk (i.e. the hazard has been removed), you only need to report the hazard. 听

5. Report an accident, injury or acute illness If you are injured at work, seriously ill at work,听or if you witness an incident, it is critical that you report it at the earliest opportunity.听

If you have experienced or witnessed any of the following:听

work-related injury;
recreational/sport accident on 香港六合彩 premises;
road traffic accident while travelling on 香港六合彩 business or in a 香港六合彩 vehicle; or
acute onset of illness while at work (not including minor illnesses such as colds);

Please log the incident on听.

6. Report a theft/crime If you have witnessed or are a victim of any crime, please report this immediately to the 香港六合彩 security team. You can either:听

Call 020 7679 2222 听(香港六合彩 ext. 222)
Visit us on the ground floor of on Malet Place (opposite the Peitre Museum)听

Once you have informed Security please complete and return a theft report form.听

You should also report any crime to the police. Either call them on 101 or visit them at Holborn Police Station, 10 Lamb's Conduit Street, WC1N 3NR, where you will be issued a Crime Reference Number.听

7. Report bullying, harassment or sexual misconduct (anonymously or otherwise) 香港六合彩 has a dedicated website that brings together the relevant policies and guidance and provides a way to report any bullying, harassment or sexual misconduct incident.

8. Report contamination or damage to land, air, water, plant or animal life Tell us if you see something that has or that is likely to cause harm to the natural environment e.g. pollution, spills of hazardous substances or issues that affect our local community e.g. excessive noise or litter.

What is an environmental incident?

Spills of hazardous substances (including anything packaged and marked as dangerous goods for transport e.g. petroleum).
Legal and/or nuisance implication to the surrounding environment, be that affecting flora and fauna or local communities e.g.听noise or litter pollution.听

For issues such as blocked drains, roof leaks, indoor air quality, odour issues or internal noise complaints, please raise a service request.

What do I do if the situation is dangerous?

In case of an emergency where there is a threat to people's safety, such as a petrol leak, contact Security immediately.听You can call +44 (0)20 7679 2222 or 香港六合彩 ext. 222 from any 香港六合彩 phone OR use the SafeZone app to contact the security switchboard. Security can guide emergency services to the correct location if they are required to attend.听

For urgent instances of contamination that do not pose a risk of harm, you can contact听the Customer Helpdesk online on 020 7679 0000 or 香港六合彩 ext. 30000.
