Report an accident, injury or acute illness

If you are injured at work or witness an incident,听you must report it as soon as possible.鈥疐ollow this guidance on how to report an incident.听

Before you start

You will need听full听details about the incident, including:听

  • who was听involved;
  • what happened;
  • when it happened;
  • where it happened (exact location); and
  • actions taken at the scene.

You will also need your 香港六合彩 user ID and password to log into riskNET.

If you are injured at work, seriously ill at work,听or if you witness an incident, it is critical that you report it at the earliest opportunity.听

If you have experienced or witnessed any of the following:听

  • work-related injury;
  • recreational/sport accident on 香港六合彩 premises;
  • road traffic accident while travelling on 香港六合彩 business or in a 香港六合彩 vehicle; or
  • acute onset of illness while at work (not including minor illnesses such as colds);
