It鈥檚 important to cancel any room bookings as soon as you know you no longer need the room. This frees up the room for others to book.
Before you start
You鈥檒l need:听听
- a听香港六合彩 internet听connection (on the premises,听or remotely via听Desktop@香港六合彩听Anywhere)
- your 香港六合彩 username and password to log into CMISGo.
- 1. Cancel a room booking in CMISGo
If you鈥檝e booked a room through the CMISGo booking system, you鈥檒l need to cancel it in听CMISGo.

- Log into
- Select 鈥榤y bookings鈥� under the 鈥榖ookings鈥� section in the top right.
- Select the booking you need to cancel (tick box on the left of the booking information).听
- Click the 鈥榗ancel bookings鈥� button in the bottom left hand corner of the screen.
- Confirm by clicking 鈥榶es鈥� at the bottom of the pop up.听
Your booking will now have been cancelled. It will no longer appear under your 鈥榤y bookings鈥� section of CMISGo.
- 2. Cancel a booking via MyServices
If you鈥檝e booked a room through the Room Bookings team, you鈥檒l need to cancel it through the MyServices portal.

Log on to and place a request. Please provide the听following information about your booking:
- Room number/name
- Building
- Date
- Time of your booking
Someone from the Room Bookings team will confirm that they鈥檝e cancelled your booking.
