Book a social space or room which is not on the booking system

You will need to book certain rooms听and spaces through听the Room Bookings听team, because they鈥檙e not available to book on听CMISGo.听听

Before you start

Check the lists below to see which rooms and social spaces听you need to book through the Room Bookings team.

Wilkins Building (Main Building):

  • Upper Terrace
  • Main Quad - North Side
  • Portico
  • Whistler Room

Email roombookings@ucl.ac.uk with the听following information:

  1. Your name听
  2. Date of booking听
  3. Start and end times for your听booking听
  4. Number of people听
  5. Nature of booking (why do you need the space?)听
  6. Title of the event听
  7. Any听portering听requests听(e.g. specific room layout)听听
  8. Whether you鈥檙e planning on charging for this event听
  9. Name(s)听and organisation(s)听of any external speakers听

The Room Bookings team will let you know what's听available and confirm the听booking. If you need to contact them over the phone, call听020 3108 7577 (香港六合彩听ext听57577).听
