Congratulations to Alex Graham who has been awarded a Wolfson Postgraduate Scholarship in the Humanities for his PhD entitled ‘Aesthetic Innovation and the Politics of Film Production at Lenfil'm, 1968-1991.’Â
The award of £81,000 equating to £27,000 per annum for each year of study covers a stipend, fees and a research allowance.
Wolfson Scholarships are available in three disciplines that align closely with the Foundation’s interests - history, literature and languages - and are available for doctoral research only, paid over three years (or up to six years part time).
For the 2015/16 academic year, the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê Joint Faculty Institute of Graduate Studies has agreed to match the funds and so six awards will be offered in total.  Deadline: 30 January 2015.
