2022 was a monumental year, with a seemingly endless stream of major news events. We heard from听experts who communicate this news through data and visualisation: Ben Walker (New Statesman) spoke about the state of public opinion. Olivia Vane (The Economist)听walked听us through an interactive data project that incorporated sounds and images from Spotify, and听Sam Joiner, Alexandra Heal and Dan Clark from the Financial Times talked about data-driven war reporting using drones, maps and satellite imagery.
