Professor Patrick Wolfe to become Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê's appointed non-executive Director and Trustee at The Alan Turing Institute

Patrick Wolfe, Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê Professor of Statistics and Honorary Professor of Computer Science, has agreed to join the board of the Alan Turing Institute.

Professor Wolfe served as the Institute's Deputy Director during its start-up phase. During this period he led strategic partnerships and external relations with industry, government and the third sector; raised substantial external funding for the Institute; and contributed significantly to the development of the Institute's strategy.
Professor Wolfe, said: "I'm looking forward to working with fellow board members in my new role. The Institute has made a great start and it will be a pleasure to continue supporting the next stage of its development."
Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê Vice-Provost (Research) Professor David Price, said: "We are enormously grateful for Patrick's efforts over the past eighteen months in contributing so strongly to the Institute's start-up, and it is for these contributions that we are delighted to see him join the board of the Institute as a Trustee."
