Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊTV is now an official channel on YouTube EDU, the section of the video-sharing site that showcases some of the world's best higher education digital content.
Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊTV has had over 90,000 views since Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê Communications began creating and uploading videos last summer, and our monthly viewing figures put us on a par with our world-leading peers. EDU channel status will help raise Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê's profile within YouTube, the most popular online video website in the world.
The Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê channel offers a wide variety of video, each
around four minutes long, including mini-lectures by academics on
discovering a
dinosaur and the neuroscience of laughter, and student-focused features
such as
Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊU's Go Green Week and UC Opera's Genoveva.
The latest film, available below, focuses on the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê Museums and Collections exhibition 'A Crucial Difference', which opened in the North Cloisters on 7 April.
Staff and students involved in projects or activities that
could lend themselves to visual treatment should contact Rob Eagle in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê
