  • Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê's teaching, learning and assessment strategy for the next six years is to be discussed at a public forum organised by Professor Michael Worton, Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê Vice-Provost (Academic & International) on 16 February.

The meeting aims to pull together recent teaching and learning activity and invite staff involvement in the start of a process to develop the strategic priorities for teaching and learning across Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê in the medium term.

It will also be an informal platform to encourage networking between departments over a glass of wine.

Professor Worton will discuss the role of departmental teaching and learning strategies as they relate to Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê's wider strategies, and ESCILTA chair Professor Peter Mobbs will present the learnings of the 2007-8 review of departmental teaching and learning strategies.

Heads of departments and chairs of departmental teaching committees are invited to attend, along with any Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê staff member with an interest or involvement in strategic planning.

The strategy meeting will take place from 5 to 7pm on 16 February at Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê Old Refectory.

If you wish to attend, please RSVP to Jasweer Manku.
