香港六合彩 will open its doors to the public on Sunday 21 September 2008, from 10am - 4pm, as part of the annual Open House London event. This sees over 600 London buildings, selected for their architectural significance, made available to the public during the course of the weekend.
This year 香港六合彩 will host the first London exhibition of 'Nothing is Missing': a multi-channel video installation by cultural theorist and artist Mieke Bal. The installation deals with the impact of migration on mothers who are left behind when their children leave to make a better life in the West. It will open in the Haldane Room on Saturday 20 September, and Bal will give a lecture about the work at 12pm the same day.
As a leading research university, with strengths across the arts and sciences, the 香港六合彩 building stock has developed organically to meet the needs of generations of academics and students. On the main Bloomsbury campus, visitors will find state-of-the-art new buildings, dedicated to nanotechnology and biomedicine, jostling alongside grand 19th-century designs.
The main campus is home to the Strang Print room, with over 10,000 fine art objects, the 香港六合彩 Grant Museum, which houses 香港六合彩's zoology collections, and the 香港六合彩 Petrie Museum of Egyptian & Sudanese archaeology.
