Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê Advances, a new organisation established to help build innovative companies out of Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê's research by bringing researchers together with business and investors, is holding its first ever Technology Innovation Forum.

The event, 'The Future of Imaging: Markets, Technology and Innovative Companies' will look at the most recent developments in imaging from business and academia. Imaging technologies play a critical role in a range of industries, enabling innovations such as medical diagnostics and visual effects in films. Often, critical new developments in imaging are not shared across industries. This event provides a truly interdisciplinary look at the area, and will inform and challenge current debate on 'The Future of Imaging'.

'The Future of Imaging' will take place on 16 October.
