Lecture: 'Towards a Centennial EU: Headaches, Heartaches or Champagne?'

Sir Stephen Wall, Prime Minister Tony Blair's European Union (EU) adviser from 2000-2004, will give the first of this year's Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê School of Slavonic & East European Studies' Centre for European Politics, Security & Integration (CEPSI) Guest Lectures on 3 December 2007.

Sir Stephen - who was UK Permanent Representative to the EU (1995-2000) and Head of the European Secretariat in the Cabinet Office (2000-2004) - is also a member of Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê Council. He will speak on 'Towards a Centennial EU: Headaches, Heartaches or Champagne?'

The lecture will be at 16 Taviton Street, WC1H 0BW, from 5.15pm. It will be followed by a wine reception.
