'Opticon1826' student essay competition

Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê journal 'Opticon1826' has launched an essay competition open to all Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê students.
'Opticon1826' Editor-in-Chief Miss Gesche Ipsen (Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê Comparative Literature) said: "Which, or whose, future you envisage is entirely up to you. It could be anything: the future of a field of research, pop music, Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê, London, religion, planet Earth.... Entries should present a fresh and considered vision of the future of your chosen subject, and should be aimed at a general university audience."
Entries must be submitted by 5pm on 7 September 2007. The winning and runner-up entries will be published in the Autumn 2007 issue of 'Opticon1826'.
