Explosive stuff at the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê Bloomsbury

12 February 2007

'The Recruiter', a new play described as "the biggest and most innovative play to hit the Bloomsbury theatre in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê history" will run for three days from 1-3 March.

Written by Dan Grant, a third-year undergraduate in Human Sciences, 'The Recruiter' features a SWAT team, guns, an on-stage nightclub and the world's first slow-motion explosion on stage. The ambitious project stars a number of Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê students, as well as leading talent from other London universities and acting schools.

An earlier piece by Dan Grant, 'Dark Night', was screened at the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê Garage theatre in October last year.
