Posters mean prizes for graduate students

23 February 2003

Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê graduate students have the opportunity to put their creative skills to the test by entering the 'Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê Graduate School Poster Competition/Exhibition'.

Entries will be displayed and judged on 11 & 12 March 2003 in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê's North & South Cloisters.

The top prize is £400 and three runners-up will receive £100 each. There is one set of prizes for each faculty group. The competition is a great opportunity for students to display their research and meet peers from other faculties.

In addition to the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê poster competition, the 30 best entries will be entered into the 'Inter-University Poster Competition', to be held at Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê on 13 March 2003.

As a result of a collaboration with the graduate schools of the University of Cambridge, Imperial College London and the University of Oxford, the best 30 entries from each institution will be selected for the competition. Prizes will also be given to winners and runners-up of this competition.
