This module will teach you the concepts and principles of all major biophysical screening techniques used in drug discovery projects. They include NMR, X-ray crystallography, Surface Plasmon Resonance, SPR, and many others. You will learn their advantages and disadvantages and which techniques one should use for specific projects. Phenotypic screening is a new emerging technique also.
The unique tutorial and practical sections will equip you with good skills in using major software in tandem with these techniques.
