- Russian D (SERS0102)
The module trains you further in modern Russian language at upper intermediate/advanced level and follows on from Russian C. It completes the Russian Off-Track programme (consisting of Russian A, B, C and D).
The aim of the module is to give students an opportunity to communicate in and understand Russian at a more advanced and sophisticated level on various aspects of Russian culture, politics, economics, etc. Language learning skills including autonomous learning and how to approach authentic material will be enhanced.
Students are required to take a Russian test to ensure that this level is correct, unless they have taken Russian C in the previous year.
