Lectures, tutorials and group meetings are included to provide training in the techniques and tools required to carry out the design projects.
Learning Outcomes:
Upon completion, the students will be able to:
- apply nature-inspired methodologies to inform innovative process and/or product design.
- understand the context of the design in terms of: business requirements; technical requirements; principles of sustainability; high ethical and professional standards; requirements on health and safety, equality and diversity.
