Description

The module seeks to equip students with the basic principles of real estate to provide them with an understanding of the complexities of real estate as a resource and the markets in which they are traded. Students will be introduced to the real estate market and market analysis, real estate investment and finance, real estate valuation, and environmental issues in real estate.

Students will be provided with opportunities to develop their analytical, interpretative, collaborative, and communication skills and be empowered with a solid foundation for more advanced modules in subsequent years.
