This is a project-based module taught with a combination of lectures, tutorials and site visits. It applies the theoretical concepts of strategic spatial planning to a plan-making project. The module provides students with the skills to develop a vision, understand issues, build evidence, prepare strategic and development management policies for inclusive and sustainable urban development plans.
