Description
Success in today's organisational environment requires new ways of thinking. To cope with increasingly ambiguous and complex problems associated with global challenges, individuals need to be able to generate many solutions, adapt, and critically analyse and assess alternatives. Additionally, with increasing complexity of problems needing solutions to sustain our planet and our livelihood, systematic thinking, conceptualising problems, seeing issues interrelationally, and balancing dynamics of systems that underly many of such challenges are all now considered highly desirable skill sets for leaders of our future workforce. This course is designed to help develop these skills by presenting students with a variety of challenging activities and tasks.ÌýÌý
