The aim of this module is to provide you with the basic theory and application relating to audiology diagnostic testing, and will underpin the Clinical and Professional Practice Module (EARI0013). It will cover adult clinical audiology including normal function and ageing of the auditory system, aspects of test techniques, detailed assessments and differential diagnosis in adults with audiovestibular disorders.
The module will fulfil the adult audiology requirement of the MSc / PG diploma in Audiological Science, and Audiological Science with Clinical Practice.
