This module will introduce students to individual, institutional and environmental characteristics that influence learning, development and education. The aim is to increase understanding of theÌýkey concepts and theories in psychology and how these can be applied to contemporary issues in child development and education, and to increase skills in studying and critiquing relevant research. The moduleÌýwill be taught by tutors directly involved in research in the areas covered in the module.Ìý
