The aim of this module is to provide students with clinical and laboratory experience in conservative dentistry. Students will gain insight and appreciation of the role of both the clinician and dental technician in ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
The student will be exposed to a range of patients with varying prosthodontic treatment needs within the clinical setting of the Eastman Dental Hospital, under supervision. They will gain experience in fabricating intra-oral prosthesis, with assistance from experienced dental technicians.
