This module will explore advanced aspects of the key cell and molecular biology processes that are essential to living organisms. An understanding of cell and molecular biology is a fundamental element of biomedical science and medicine. In this module, students will examine the different mechanisms that are central to the way in which all cells function and place these biological processes into the context of human disease and advances in cell-based therapeutics.
