1760 - 1811
London West India merchant, slave trader and MP who had been resident in Kingston Jamaica for ten years in the 1790s. MP for East Retford 1806-1807 and Dundalk 1808-1811. His posthumous son also Thomas Hughan of Airds left 拢40,000 in 1879.
