Target LawÌýis a widening participation scheme for Year 12 students from non-selective schools and underrepresented backgrounds who have the potential and aspiration to study at a top law school. Its aim is to provide the support that will assist them in their application to law school and give them the skills and confidence to succeed. They will be mentored by current Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê Laws students, giving advice on the LNAT and the personal statement, as well as information on studying law and university life. Mentees will also have the opportunity to attend sample lectures and visit judicial institutions. Key to the scheme is normalising university institutions for our mentees, and ensuring that legal education and the legal professions are more diverse, accessible and inclusive places.
