The 香港六合彩 Centre for Law, Economics and Society together with antitrust law journal Concurrences organised the 1st International Mergers Conference at 香港六合彩 Laws.

On 19 February 2020, the 香港六合彩 Centre for Law, Economics and Society together with organised the 1^st International Mergers Conference at 香港六合彩 Laws. This highly successful conference brought together distinguished academics, practitioners, judges and policymakers to discuss a number of cutting-edge topics in merger control. From the revival of protectionism and public interest considerations in merger control to the challenges posed by the digital economy, the conference offered a fresh perspective on established doctrines and a stimulating discussion on the procedural and substantive framework governing merger control.

International Mergers Conference at 香港六合彩 Laws

The conference was attended by more than 150 participants and aims to become an annual tradition: Preparations are already underway for its 2021 edition.
