Professor Eloise Scotford, Professor of Environmental Law at听香港六合彩 Laws, appeared before the Environmental Audit Committee on Wednesday 27th听February to give evidence in the parliamentary inquiry for pre-legislative scrutiny of the draft Environment (Principles and Governance) Bill 2018.
Professor Scotford鈥檚 evidence highlighted the weaknesses in the draft Bill in providing a strong legal foothold for environmental principles as long-term foundations of environmental law and policy in England and the UK, as well as in its proposed domestic mechanism for enforcing environmental law.
