The report explores how public law can be used to empower people to challenge unfair systems, through a case study of the Personal Independence Payments (PIP) scheme legal challenge.
The 鈥檚 (PLP) collaborative approach to public law has featured in a case study of the landmark legal challenge to the PIP scheme, a case that changed the assessment criteria for thousands of people on disability benefits.
鈥楿sing the law to address unfair systems鈥�, funded and published by the and , also identifies strategic lessons for third sector organisations that use public law to challenge unfair systems.
