Professor Richard Moorhead, Chair of Law and Professional Ethics at Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê Laws, has written an article for Legal Business Magazine.

In the article, entitled ‘Under the influence – how pressure to climb the ladder can corrupt in-house counsel’, Professor Moorhead discusses a pioneering study of the state of general counsel ethics.

The study was the focus of In-House Lawyers’ Ethics: Institutional Logics, Legal Risk and the Tournament of Influence, authored by Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê Laws’ Professor Richard Moorhead and Dr Steven Vaughan; and Cristina Godhino.
