Dr Barnali ChoudhuryÌý²¹²Ô»åÌýDr Martin Petrin, both Senior Lecturers at Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê Faculty of Laws, are the editors of the newly published Understanding the Company: Corporate Governance and Theory (Cambridge University Press).

The book represents views on corporate governance and the role of corporations in society from a comparative perspective and contains contributions by leading authors including Lynn Stout (Cornell), William Bratton (Penn) and Andrew Keay (Leeds).
