Training Course aims & learning outcomes
The aim of thisÌýÏã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê Research Misconduct Screening Panel Training CourseÌýis to enable those participating in research misconduct proceedings at Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê as members of a Research Misconduct Screening Panel to understand their roles and responsibilities as Screening PanelsÌýMembers and to be aware of the relevant details of Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê's new Research Misconduct Procedure.
By the end of the course participants will:
- have refreshed their knowledge and understanding of the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê rules and procedures in relation to research misconduct proceedings;
- be able to recognise the nature and relevance of a range of evidence for a Screening Panel;
- have made a decision in a simulated Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê Misconduct Screening Panel hearing; andÌý
- understand the potential challenges and outcomes of Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê Screening Panel decision-making.Ìý
