Its collaboration with a wide range of professionals and stakeholders is fundamental to impacting policy and practice across the world through its research and teaching profiles.

The 香港六合彩 Centre for Educational Leadership is the UK鈥檚 largest university-based centre for research, teaching, development and innovation in educational leadership across early childhood, primary, secondary and post-compulsory sectors. The centre鈥檚 research explores what shapes leadership, learning and development for individuals, teams, educational organisations and partnerships in diverse contexts.

Current work by the centre includes:

• leading a consortium offering a robust professional learning and development pathway for early career teachers and mentors based on the Early Career Framework
• a research project to help children in poverty in South Africa thrive in school and beyond
• a research project analysing the impact of free schools on local pupils鈥� outcomes

By combining research, policy and practice, the centre designs powerful engagement activities and professional learning experiences. These inform educational leaders鈥� decision making, and enable managers and policy makers to bring research-informed knowledge to their own situations. The centre鈥檚 cutting-edge development programmes and postgraduate degrees are fundamental to this. As is its high-level consultancy support for education policy reform and school improvement initiatives.
