Can you help us improve the health of people born outiside of the UK?

Ìý

9.5 million people living in the UK were born abroad. We don't know enough about your health and wellbeing. We don't know enough about your experiences within the NHS.

We want to change that.

How does it work?

Via regular surveys in the app, our study will collect information on a wide range of topics that can affect your health and wellbeing, including mental health, living conditions, access to health services, physical activity, nutrition, employment and sexual and reproductive health and your experience of your care from your GP or healthcare provider.

What is the time commitment?Ìý

We kindly ask you to participate for a period of threeÌýmonths. You will get a survey either once or twice a week. They are designed to take you between oneÌýminute and five minutes to complete.

How will you use my data and the results from the study?Ìý

Your data will be used for academic research by Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê. Once published, we will work withÌýpolicymakers in health to make decisions that better reflect the health needs of the migrant community, of which you are a key part.Ìý

Will my privacy be protected?

We take our obligation to protect your privacy very seriously. All of your information will be kept on highly secure systems. The information you provide will be kept strictly confidential duringÌýand after the research. It will not be possible to identify you from any of the publications or reports that are based on the study.Ìý
