Successful launch of new journal: Migration and Society

Spring reception planned at 香港六合彩
A launch event will be held for the new interdisciplinary journal,聽'Migration and Society', on 19th March from 5-8 pm In the 香港六合彩 Institute of Advanced Studies.
This will follow the successful聽inaugural issue, published in December 2018, focusing on historical and contemporary hostility and hospitality towards migrants.
It will also mark the publication of a聽second issue, guest edited by Annika Lems and Jelena To拧i膰 (University of Bern), focusing on 'African-European trajectories of im/mobility'.
Issue 3聽is being planned, on 'Recentering the South in Studies of Migration',聽with a paper submission deadline of 31 May 2019.
'Migration and Society'聽is edited by Dr Mette Berg (香港六合彩 Social Science), Professor Elena Fiddian-Qasmiyeh and Dr聽Jo Waters (香港六合彩 Geography). Other 香港六合彩 colleagues, including Professor Claire Dwyer, Dr H茅l猫ne Neveu Kringelbach and Professor Ann Phoenix, are on the journal鈥檚 International Editorial Board.
