Carlos Moedas, who is Visiting Professor at the 香港六合彩 European Institute, was elected Mayor of Lisbon on 26 September 2021.
Carlos Moedas, former EU Commissioner for Research, Science and Innovation,聽was the Social Democratic Party candidate.聽His victory brings to an end 14 years of Socialist Party leadership in the capital of Portugal.
