We were granted funding from the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê EDI Take Bold Action for Inclusion fund to research Decolonisation of the Curriculum in Geoscience, and students Shannon James and Rose Meadows brought together broad and varied research on this topic into a unique zine, designed to provide context to the work taking place in Earth Sciences around the world.

This event will launch the zine, with presentations from its producers and event collaborators AstroNoir. Key issues relating to race and geoscience will be discussed, and the context of research and scientific endeavours within colonial history will be explored.
