As the dust settles on the 2024 general election, the Constitution Unit will assemble a group of experts to reflect on the campaign, the result, and the parliament ahead. How did the polls perform? What were the effects of the electoral system? What kinds of candidates were selected and elected? What does the new House of Commons look like, and how will this affect the coming years in UK politics? Our expert panel will explore these issues and more, and will answer audience questions.

Speakers:

  • Professor Alan Renwick – Deputy Director of the Constitution Unit
  • Dr Sofia Collignon – Senior Lecturer in Comparative Politics, QMUL
