Conference:
Putting the Practice back into the Evidence
10am - 5pm
Medical Sciences 131
AV Hill Lecture Theatre
Gower Street, WC1E 6BT
Description
Evidence-based practice is defined as the integration of best current empirical evidence with clinical expertise and client perspectives. The systematic collection of data on client perspectives on the effectiveness and experience of their mental healthcare, otherwise known as Practice-based Evidence (PBE), has faced notable obstacles compared to the other components of EBP.
This conference sets out to consider the barriers to collecting outcome information from the very people we set out to help.
