Objectives:
- 20x/NA1.0 Plan Apochromat Water dipping objective with correction collar. WD 2.4mm. Amazing working distance given the very high NA. Perfect for live (multiphoton) imaging due to exceptional brightness and resolution. Correction collar for RI differences from 1.33 to 1.36. Also suitable for cleared samples, particularly ScaleA2.
- 10x/NA0.5 W-Plan Apochromat Water dipping objective. WD 3.7mm.ÌýUV VIS IR objective with amazing working distance given the high NA. Perfect for live imaging and multiphoton imaging or ablations due to exceptional brightness and sensitivity.Ìý
- 10x/NA0.3 EC Plan-Neofluar DIC Dry. WD 5.2mm.ÌýLarge field of view and very long working distance for deep imaging with standard or 2-photon excitation. Lower NA than the 10x water dipping objective so refractive index mis-match isn't such a problem, and gives a much thicker z slice in multiphoton imaging.
- 2.5x/NA0.085 Plan-Neofluar Dry. WD 8.8mm.ÌýLow mag long working distance objective for orienting and manipulating large samples before imaging at higher mag. Suprisingly good imaging objective for large FOV samples.
- 63x/NA1.4 Plan Apo OilÌýHighest resolution Airyscan imaging available on request. Use with levelling stage.
- 5x/NA0.16 EC Plan-Neofluar. WD 18mm. Low mag long working distance objective for orienting and manipulating large samples before imaging at higher mag. Suprisingly good imaging objective for large FOV samples.
